A Taste of India - an Indian food and spirits event
Join The Spirit Specialist and 'The Karahi King' Surj Panesar to discover a selection of delicious Indian spirits, paired with authentic Punjabi dishes created by this renowned local chef. You'll also learn some facts about the Indian drinks industry in a relaxed, informal environment.
After a welcome drink of Love Delhi Indian gin with tonic and lime, a selection of bhaji and samosas will be served with Flying Buffalo beer - one of the very few Indian beers that is actually made IN India.
Karahi chicken wings are paired with Indri Trini Single Malt Whisky, before Ginger Lamb is partnered with Camikara Rum.
And to cleanse the palate, a simple ice cream topped with mango pulp and optional pistachio nuts arrives alongside a chilled measure of Desi Daru Alphonse Mango vodka.
The evvent commences at 8pm with an expected duration of 90 minutes maximum.
