I bloody love Star Wars, me. I can even overlook the massive issues with the prequel trilogy and the absolute mess that was The Last Jedi - I was born in 1978, the year after A New Hope was originally released and when Star Wars was a genuine global phenomenon. I've ridden Star Tours at MGM/Hollywood Studios innumerable times, and I'm seriously tempted to book a stay at the new Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Orlando. So when I saw the chance to grab some Stormtrooper Gin from the Original Stormtrooper company, who also make Stormtrooper beer, I couldn't NOT get some in, could I?
So let's be brutally honest - the gin itself isn't that amazing. BUT it would be really easy for them to come up with a gin that was genuinely not pleasant to drink, rough and sharp, and this is not that, by any means. There's not THAT much flavour and pretty much zero complexity, but it is drinkable, and stick it in a cocktail and you'll have enough of a 'gin' infuence to do the job.
Let's face it - you're buying it because there's a Stormtrooper on the front. That's exactly why I ordered some for the shop. I'm keeping a bottle for myself and I'll use the gin in some cocktails and share it with fellow Star Wars fans and it'll be a really good time, so it's exactly what I'm looking for. If you buy it as a present for a Star Wars fan, unless they're an absolute gin nerd there'll be zero complaints, because it tastes absolutely fine. So grab a bottle before it disappears!
And look, no 'force' jokes anywhere. Not bad, eh?

Shipping rates are based on WEIGHT of goods - the total weight of your order will determine the cost of the shipping charge due to price banding imposed by Royal Mail. Orders weighing up to a max of 2kg will be charged £5.99, and orders weighing over 2kg will be charged £7.99. ANY PURCHASE OVER £150 WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING.
PLEASE NOTE: The Spirit Specialist is CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays - all orders are collected by Royal Mail the day after they are packaged up. As such, if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will be packaged up on the following Tuesday at re-opening, and then collected by Royal Mail on the Wednesday morning. PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND IF YOU ARE WORKING TO A DEADLINE!

All orders are sent on a Tracked service with Royal Mail, which provides a Tracking Number for you to follow its journey to your destination.

All products are securely packaged in Air-Shock bottle bags or frankly excessive amounts of bubble wrap for additional protection.
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the relevant delivery acceptance forms with the delivery. Un-examined or un-checked goods that result in a subsequent claim outside of a 48 hour period will not be accepted. Queries relating to claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed.
